Adastra holds rights to decline returns and charge you for faulty or abused products. In such a case, Adastra will ship the item back to the customer and charge them with the shipping and well as return cost.
Kindly print the shipping label provided in your account dashboard to return the product and attach it to your package.

Please note the following important processes, once you have initiated a return pick-up:
• Subsequent to us approving the return pick up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 7-10 business days (Not including Sunday).
• A pickup will be done once (which includes 3 attempts by the delivery partner). In case the pickup is canceled by the customer, an additional charge will be levied for initiating pick up again
• Prepaid Orders: Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount of that item via the initial payment mode (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank account) within 3-5 business days.
•Please allow at least 12-15 business days for the entire return process to be completed.

Refund is issued only after receiving the product back at the warehouse and is in the intact condition. In such a case, we will refund you within 24 to 48 hours to your payment method. Refunds for COD are issued in credit card or debit card associated with the website. Please note, COD charges of Rs. 50 and shipping charges are non refundable. In case, of Free Shipping, Rs. 100 would be deducted for economy shipping and Rs. 250 for express shipping. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit.

You can exchange an item purchased on Adastra Website within 15 days with the same item or another item, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

We only accept cancellations within 24 hours from the time that the order is placed. To cancel an order, please contact us by sending an email at (info@adastrajewelry.com) with your order number within 24 hours.
